A Market or Market Place is a gathering of people for the purchase of goods. It is an opportunity for buying or selling, a place where there is a demand and goods are available for purchase.

  • All Markets are not the same.
  • All Markets don't sell or provide the same product.
  • All Markets don't want to compete for the same product as they may well specialise in certain areas.
  • All Markets don't attract the same clientele - there are horses for courses.
  • All Markets aren't available to everyone - much as they would like this to be the case.
  • All Markets want to trade but because of the diversities outlined above have to be carefully selected.

Windrush Insurance Brokers have negotiated markets available with all the major Insurers together with Lloyds. We experience favourable terms from many of these due to the relationships we have built with them over many years. The terms we may be offered often reflect this "special" association.

Windrush Insurance Brokers have "niche" markets where we have negotiated over a number of years the exclusive arrangements for certain classes of business relating to certain occupations. These "scheme" arrangements are unique to ourselves and are not open to other intermediaries at the same terms and rates - after all we have been instrumental in setting these terms and rates so we feel we should keep these within "our marketplace".

The market we offer you will depend on the information we obtain from you and only when we are satisfied that this meets the criteria set by us and the client will we feel in a position to place a proposition to a client.

Markets change and at Windrush Insurance Brokers we are constantly aware of these and the need to keep informed of the need to review business opportunities in the scenario of actual dealings.
